Your profile will also help customized your betterment journey through the NESTRE App.

Each NESTRE member will have a personalized mental and cognitive daily workout built just for them based on their NESTRE Mindset Profile and desire betterment goals. Daily Workouts will progress and adapt to the user with the goal of continuing to challenge your better as you continue to improve over time. Finally a neck up workout built for you, that gets better with you.

Mental Strength Training
Members will have access to Mindset Minutes – mini mindset sessions for soundbite betterment when you need it, as well as our Mental Framing Training for building mental awareness, strength, and flexibility built on the NESTRE Mental Framing Method.
