How does Ally work?
Ally was developed together with psychologists and experts in psychology and mental wellbeing.
Ally listens, learns about you, and adapts to your needs. Through thoughtful questions, it helps you discover new perspectives. Your reflections are structured into journal summaries so you can recognize recurring emotional patterns.
Based on your entries, Ally suggests exercises, prompts, and reflection questions tailored to you.

What does Ally cost?
You can try Ally for free with a trial subscription and get to know all of Ally’s features in your own time. You can cancel the trial subscription in your settings, at least 24 hours before automatic renewal. A fee will be charged once the free trial period ends which helps us to operate and continuously improve Ally.
