1. Can I use my phone contacts?
Yes, but you have to make sure that all phone numbers are saved in international
format: country code + phone number.

2. How much data does the app use for an online call?
On average, the app uses approximately 1MB/min for making a voice call. In order
to benefit from the highest quality available, we advise you to use the application
with a WiFi network. Any costs resulting from using the application with mobile data
networks when you call internationally are not covered by us.

3. Which countries & operators support mobile top-ups?
You can send top-ups to +150 countries and mobile operators around the world. Simply browse through the list of available destinations; once you select your desired country, the available operators will be displayed.

4. What is a travel eSIM and how does it work?
A travel eSIM is a digital SIM card that allows you to access mobile data in other countries without needing a physical SIM. Instead of inserting a plastic card, you download a profile to your phone. It works by connecting your device to local mobile networks in your destination country, providing you with affordable data at more cost-effective rates than traditional international roaming.
