Fast and free digital payments: Payments for eligible Shift Reports go directly to your Nursa Direct app instantly after submitting—free of charge.

Fee-free access to your pay: No minimum balance, no credit check, no overdraft fees.

Save, spend, or send as you choose: Use your Nursa Direct card to shop online, pay bills, make everyday purchases like gas or groceries, and more. Add your Nursa Direct card to Google Pay for tap-to-pay convenience. You can also withdraw cash for free at 55,000 ATMs** or send your money to other bank accounts for free***.
