Check a car's VIN and license plates for residents of Ukraine. Are you going to buy a car or want to test your own? Get information about any car from the official databases of Ukraine. Get ready to buy a vehicle with us!

Data source: Unified Web Portal of Open Data https://opendata.hsc.gov.ua/

We do not represent Ukrainian government agencies and are not affiliated with them in any way.

For a full car check, the following functions are available:

Checking by VIN or license plate gives the following information about the car:

Attention! The database contains information about all cars that have been registered in Ukraine since January 1, 2013. Checking cars by license plate or VIN registered earlier than 2013 is not possible, since there is no data about them in the public registry.
